What do I do to unlock my AT&T iPhone?

Your Cell4Sell offer will be increased if you unlock your iPhone from the AT&T network. It is free and easy to do so, and it allows your iPhone to be used through other networks. It will only take you a minute to begin:

1. Visit the AT&T iPhone Unlock website (Business customers should place a call to 1-800-331-0500 in order to finish the process.)
2. Choose the checkbox and then the “Agree” button on the bottom of the screen to verify that you have read the requirements.
3. Fill out the form with the information for the account hold, then submit it.

3. Fill out and submit the form using the account-holders information.  

What comes next?

• You will get an email from AT&T within a period of 5 business days, giving you some instructions. Feel free to get the status of your request here.
• After your request has been approved, backup and restore your iPhone with iTunes before you ship it to Cell4Sell.  

• If your request is denied, you may have to resubmit it or contact Support for some assistance. (Please note that it can take up to 14 days after you have conducted an upgrade.). If you are not able to unlock the iPhone, we can purchase it at a “locked” offer price.
