Your personal information will not be sold or shared, unless you
specifically opt in to be sent offers from our partners. Also, during
the inspection the devices all get a full wipe and factory restore. The
memory or SIM cards also are destroyed.
Please Note: If you do not remove the SIM or memory card before sending in your iphone, you will not receive it back. We always destroy them when the inspection process begins.
Please Note: If you do forget to take out your memory card or SIM and your iphone is sent to us, we will be unable to send the SIM or memory card back to you should you decide to cancel your transaction as they are destroyed immediately upon the start of the inspection process.
