Are contents insured against damage or loss?

If you use a shipping label that has been issued from Cell4Sell, there is an excellent chance that you package will have insurance on it when it is in transit to our facility.
The following are important to know:
Do not use a DropBox - If your package is not handled directly by someone at the USPS, we cannot insure it against loss. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you do not use a DropBox.
Pack your box with care - We have a great deal of experience with carriers and shipping in general. We have determined that it is best that customers pack used phones with attention to detail and the highest degree of care.
Record the serial number of your device - It is ideal for customers to record any serial numbers of used phones before they are shipped out. You even may want to take pictures for your records. This will be helpful to you if you have to file a loss or damage claim. We will do all that we can to assist you in recovering your used phones, or with filing a claim. Our boxes are extremely durable, so if you follow our advice, your package should be fine.
