Once I ship my item, how long will it be before I receive my payment?

After we receive your used phone, it will take about 7 to 10 days for you to get paid, depending on the method you chose. The quickest payment is through PayPal. Checks are sent through the USPS, so you should allow for an extra 7 to 10 days to receive them.
There are a few factors impacting your payment time-frame:

1. Shipping time to our facility (3 to 5 business days) Our central location is in Irvine, CA. Track the package through the “Track Offer” section on our website.
2. After we get your used phone, we try to inspect it within a period of 24 to 48 hours to get your payment to you quickly.
3. Your payment should be issued within 24 hours of it being inspected. Amazon and PayPal will be released instantly. Checks may take between 3 to 10 days after inspection, depending on the delivery schedules of the USPS.
