How you can track your check

Checks are sent through First Class with USPS. They usually will take between 3 to 7 business days once the inspection is over and your item has been accepted.

You have the option to track your check from your Cell4Sell account, or through the “Track My Offer” section that you can access from the link on the homepage.

1) Click on the link for “Track Offer”

2) You must enter the email address and C4S number that was used within your offer

3) Choose the “Track Payment” link so you can view the location of your check

4) You can see the last city’s post office in which your check arrived

PayPal customers should find a credit in their account. If you do not see this, get ahold of PayPal to find out if there was an issue processing your payment. 

Note: Return packages will not be insured against theft or loss. They also do not require for anyone to sign to receive them. We highly recommend that you check your tracking information and that you are present for delivery of your item.

We also recommend that you view the “Track Offer” section every day upon shipping your package to Cell4Sell. The 5 day period after we receive your item are extremely important. We pride ourselves on making it a smooth transaction, so you get your money quickly if you accept the new offer.
