4. The LCD glass or screen is split or Poor 
5. The equipment, (for example, the packaging and charging ports) is broken or Poor 

Mobile phone Conditions (non-iphone)

Excellent (these must be valid):

1. It lives up to expectations flawlessly 
2. There are no scratches 
3. It seems new or  is still in the bundle and has no observable blemishes 

Fair (the accompanying must be valid):

1. The telephone is in incredible working request, and there are just negligible nonessential indications of wear 

Poor (if any of these conditions apply):

1. It doesn't control on 
2. Parts, (for example, the charging port or catches) are missing, Poor or broke 
3. It can't be actuated for administration 
4. The LCD screen is split or Poor
